Shipping & returns

Everything is packed by hand in our own facility and shipped across the United States.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within one business day. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern on a Friday go out the following Monday.

Delivery

Standard shipping is $6.95 and takes two to five business days via USPS or UPS. Shipping is free on orders over $75. We currently ship within the United States only.

You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Damaged in transit

Glass sometimes loses an argument with a delivery van. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within seven days and we will replace it immediately at no cost.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within thirty days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email us first and we will send return instructions.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened skincare, bath or body products unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three to five business days of the return arriving with us. You will get an email when it is processed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as quickly as you can. We can usually catch it before it is packed.
